1990 Ford Fiesta Ghia from UK and Ireland - Comments

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Alternator, Starting motor. Terrible problems with damp in the winter.

Also, there's a flaw in the 1990 model which means you eventually have to end up replacing the actual wheel arches and fuel cap panel to stop the terrible rust problem (Which i've just forked out £300 to do).

General comments?

The wheelarch / fuel cap rust problem is not just on 1990 models. Mine is a '92 K and both rear arches and the fuel cap area are rotting away nicely! Wiping the area around the fuel cap could hinder any further problems. (Although it won't stop them, trust me)!!
