1995 Ford Fiesta Azura review from UK and Ireland
"Best first car anyone could have"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
One piece of the exhaust needed replacing, the alternator needed replacing. I also needed a new engine, but this was because, as I had been driving longer, the 1.1 engine wasn't enough. I started to push it harder, started to go through oil, one day forgot to put oil in, blew it up. This was my fault, not the cars.
General comments?
This car is an absolute star. Apart from the engine (which was my fault) this car is great. I loved it. I sold it so I could get my dream car (Toyota Celica), but now I miss it. IT was so economical, very reliable, parts were cheap, and insurance not much. This car is the perfect first car. I had some great times with this car, trying to find my old one, so I can buy it back.
