1999 Ford Focus ZX3 review from North America
"A surprisingly nice small hatchback from Ford"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Squeaky rear drum brakes.
General comments?
Surprising handling and very smooth automatic transmission.
Good use of rear seat room.
Engine and road noise levels could be lower.
Throttle response delayed and spongy. Zetec 2.0 has good midrange, but top-end performance is lacking.
