2007 Ford Fusion SE review from North America
"Superb car, awsome in the city and on the highway! VERY comfortable!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing.
General comments?
I do not own this car, however for business I needed to drive across the country, from Miami to Las Vegas, and was given a brand new company car. A 2007 Ford Fusion, V6 SE Gray, with 2.2 miles on it when I picked it up.
I must say I was stunned. After being on the road for about 20 minutes, it hit me that this was a very comfortable car. I drove for 15 hours a day for 3 days in a row, through an ice storm.
This car handles great, gets amazing fuel economy for a V6 and has plenty of pickup. The seats are extremely comfortable.
My favorite aspect of this car was the drive, smooth, and quiet. Handled great for a car in its class.
I never liked Fords, in fact I always hated them, as well as most, if not all American cars. I swore the day an American car company builds a decent sedan, then maybe I will buy one. I guess the time has come. Way to go Ford, about time an American Company built a reliable, good quality car.
Being a former Volkswagen, Saab, and Audi owner, taking price into consideration, the Ford Fusion is a car I could definitely tolerate, and the price is great! I highly recommend this car. Drive it before you consider anything else!
