1996 Ford Mondeo LX TD review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing major (yet). I've only owned it for 2 months though! The alarm/remote central locking doesn't work and the casette player is faulty.
An annoying rattle from the instrument panel which mysteriously disappears as the temperature inside the car rises... Wierd isn't it??
General comments?
Engine very sluggish when cold.
Turbocharger really makes a difference above 2500rpm.
Brilliant heated windscreen means I don't have to bother with de-icer anymore!
