2002 Ford Mustang GT review from North America
"I want the car I bought and enjoyed driving"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Paint bubbling and pealing on hood. Paint faded on several places on vehicle. Dealership attempted to correct paint problem, but failed to do so. The paint on the entire vehicle is faded without the shine and color. I have been without my vehicle for nine days going on eleven. Insult to injury, I was given a Saturn with crank windows as a loaner!! The dealer told me that was the best they could do. I purchased a Mustang, not a Focus!! There is a serious problem with the paint on my vehicle. I will not accept my vehicle in it's present condition.
General comments?
Ford is aware of a problem with the paint on my vehicle. The dealership tried to make a "quick fix". It was poor workmanship. The paint on the entire vehicle is inferior. I was told the entire hood was stripped and repainted. When I saw my car, I saw the spots where it had been painted and the bubbles that were painted over. The faded paint was also very visable. I was lied to.
