2000 Ford Mustang LX review from North America
"The car is honestly falling apart at the age of 5"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The ball joint on my car has completely split in half two times in the past two years!
The cover around my gear shift fell off! There is absolutely no way of fixing it.
Half the time my CD player refuses to eject the cd!
My lights, for some reason, are so dim that I can honestly drive down the road with my brights on with out one person noticing!
The seats have started to wear badly.
Half the time the seat belts refuse to come out, don't lock up, and don't feed back in.
The sealing around my window is bunched up so every time I roll up the window on the passenger side I have to stretch the sealing out and hold on to it while I roll it up.
The car has an extremely bad shaking problem between the speeds of 50 and 60 and no one can seem to find the cause of it.
The brakes went out a month after I got the car and have gone out on me 3 times since then.
General comments?
I had to pay 14.500 when I bought the car and it is now worth the grand total of 5000 if I wanted to sell it myself. Ford decrease in value so fast it is ridiculous. I will never own another ford or American made car all together.
