1993 Ford Probe GT review from North America
"Good car, bad manufactor support!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Paint is terrible, deteriorates more every day.
Raybar links on rear of car would not stay attached, had to remove completly.
The rear hatch will not stay open, have to use a window scrapper to keep hatch up.
Parking brake has never worked since I've owned car.
The muffler has been replaced three times in the last five years.
Inside door paneling will not stay attached.
General comments?
This car has been a decent second car, would not recommned as a primary car.
The car handles well, and gets around good.
The biggest problem I have with this car is the paint apperance, the probe is a sporty car that looks twenty years older than it should.
I wonder if other probes look this bad, because this one I have is garaged and has had only 97,000 miles on it; only 20,000 has been put on it since 1998 when I bought it.
