1991 Ford Ranger review from North America
"Real hardcore"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Battery.
Starter.
Gone through 3 power steering pumps.
2 wheel bearings.
I forgot to do the gaskets while replacing the heads.
Regular service such as oil changes, brakes and tires. Tune-ups as well.
General comments?
I really liked this truck. Always gave me 24mpg on the highway and never broke down.
There was absolutely no technology on this truck, but it was very reliable, which was all that mattered to me.
After driving it for about 13 years, I had to sell it because I moved to Hawaii. But I felt it was the worst thing I ever did because it was like giving up the love of my life.
