1987 Ford Taurus review from North America
"I'm pretty proud of my first car.."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The interior of the car is in poor condition, and I have had to rebuild the transmission once before.
There is a large amount of rust and chipping paint, but the car is in overall-decent condition for a vehicle as old as it is.
General comments?
The interior is relatively comfortable and roomy, and it runs fairly well.
However, I spend more money on gas than I do for anything else on this car.
Also, I attempted to install a new radio and the wiring within the car does not match any schematics I have found.
The Premium Sound system and amp (factory installed, never removed/replaced) still work great.
