1995 Ford Thunderbird LX review from North America
"The best vehicle I have ever owned!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
My T-Bird has a vibration at low RPM's, while under-power. I have not been able to find out what the vibration is, but it does not cause any problems.
My fuel guage no longer works. Still, no repair costs. I just watch my mileage.
My brakes needed changed for the first time since I have owned the car. (1997 - 2002). The cost was approximately $170.00. Getting the different specialty tools, required to change the brakes, was harder than the repair job itself.
Besides regular servicing, this car has cost me absolutely nothing in repairs.
General comments?
My T-Bird is my favorite, of all the cars I have owned.
Looks, Power, Comfort, and Reliability, this car has them all. Mine has Opalescent paint, 4.6L V-8, Power Everything, and hasn't needed any repairs, routine servicing only. What more could I ask for? More horsepower I guess, but that is a never ending quest.
My teenagers even talk about how,"awesome", the car is.
