1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbocoupe review from North America
"Terrible, awful, horrible car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Everything (except the engine) has broken at least once in the four years I've owned the car. For me to list all the troubles would take all day. Problems include the transmission (three) the turbo, brakes (unreliable) heater cores, sunroof, broken seats, rearend, frontend, you name it.
General comments?
This is an awful, awful car. It's fun to drive, but is as unreliable as a Pinto (being nice to Pintos). I would never buy another of these terrible cars. It sure is nice to look at though.
