1996 Ford Transit 2.5 SWB review from Australia and New Zealand
"Most unreliable vehicle I ever owned"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Brake down once every 2 months,
Center bearing $450, transmition oil gasket $350, solaniod $600, steering belt went on it after ford had over ajusted it, after fitting a new cam belt $450.
I have only done 20,000 klms - ford says the harmonic balancer part only $350 and fuel pump recond.$3000 part only, needs replacing.
General comments?
Very unreliable, infact the most unreliable vehicle I have ever owned. had Ford transit 91 in Germany drive 50,000 klms didn't brake down once.
