1996 Ford Windstar GL review from North America
"Money pit! No more Ford's for us!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Engine blew at 104,000, followed by the transmission shortly thereafter.
Leaky windshield gasket at 40,000.
Both front window motors replaced.
CD player broken.
Two door lock solenoids gone.
General comments?
Money pit, has put me off Ford's forever!
Interior has held up very well.
Drive train is major weakness.
