1992 Geo Metro LSI Convertible review from North America
"Reliable and kinda fun"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
1) Rear shocks
2) A/C had to be recharged
3) Rear plastic window cracked
4) Exhaust system comes loose constantly
5) Seats and carpeting are worn more than they should be
General comments?
Very reliable car. The car is starting to fall apart, but it's 10 years old and it was a cheap car to start with, and I'm sure it's lasted longer than it was supposed to.
I bought this car when my 1991 Metro died, that was a great car, it had 175,000 miles before it decided to go. I've never had any problems with these cars as far as mechanical things, I did however enjoy the 91 hatchback more than the 92 convertible.
