1997 Geo Metro LSi review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I bought the car for 675 dollars. Good buy only had to replace complete exhaust.
The exhaust manifold cracks, and no way to repair it. Best thing to do is purchase a 1995 from a junk yard. I got one for 35 dollars. It is cast iron the 1997 is tin or some weak metal.
Another point is I took the exhaust off of my geo metro 1 liter. The catalytic converter fit, I just had a fitting welded after the catalytic converter for the Oxygen sensor.
The car handles great, the AC is cold.
This car is much more powerful than my 1 liter.
General comments?
Suzuki you really make a good car.
I just do not like to pay a lot for a car so I wait about 5 or 6 years to buy when the price is right.
