"Attention getter"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Battery and a broken door handle.

General comments?

This is a very dependable vehicle. The only problem I have with mine is that the seats are rather.. uncomfortable for me. No one else seems to have a problem though.

Another thing, this thing seems to get better gas mileage around town than it does on the highway, it seems to have weird gearing.

IT seems like any make of vehicle, there are always problems. Body problems seem to be a part of older Trackers and the engine thing seems to be an issue of power. I had no problem hitting 75 miles an hour and that's fast enuff in this little SUV. The armstrong stearing is great for freeway use with vehicles passing on either side. Its light, yes,but if you recognise this then its not a problem.

I drive around 30 miles round trip everyday in, Calgary, Canada and having had a gas eating V-6 in my old station wagon,25 + mpg is a godsend. I don't have to fill up every 4 days!

I got my '94 Sunrunner as a run about and its not the most feature packed SUV on the road, but it is reliable. I have 185k on it and lots of snap in the motor (5 spd).

I expect to replace a few things here and there, but that's normal.
