@125000 miles had to replace crank shaft Cost: $1300.00 Very annoying.
It now smokes if you drive it for a long period of time.

Does not have much power. I guess that's why it has a small 4 cylinder.
Tracker doesn't handle good. drives horrible in windy weather. Feels like your going to tip over.
Recently had a rollover accident. Flipped it onto driver side in icy weather. Wasn't even driving fast.
Be careful of the nightmare of A Geo Tracker! I won't buy another one!

Makes a lot of sense, doesn't it? According to your logic, it should. Don't get the car if you can't appreciate it for what it is. If you get a Tracker thinking it's a cheap Hummer, you are stupid. If you get a Tracker expecting a fun off road toy, and reliable transportation, good choice. They do need maintenance, however. Less than most cars, but they still need it. Whatever your experience with that car, it's your fault. Cars do not vary nearly as much as the owner. I have never had a single problem with any Suzuki (Geo). Learn about cars, and how to take care of them, get some common sense about how to drive different types, and "magically", your cars will start working better.
