1998 GMC Jimmy SLT review from North America
"Better than a ford explorer, but not a BMW x 5"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Front wheel barrings and hubs,
replaced 3 times since purchased.
Windshield wipers work on and off, I think its the wiper module that needs replacement.
Replaced the left seat recliner.
Driver side heated seat burnt out, was told its 800.00 dollars to fix.
Rear wiper motor burnt out at 50000 kms.
Replaced the multi function switch (TURN SIGNAL LEVER).
General comments?
This SUV all in all is generally alright, but is slightly over rated.
Its fun to drive, but can use a little
more power.
