1999 GMC Sierra SLE review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I heard a grinding sound coming from my front brakes when coming to a stop at a slow speed. The dealer said it was the Brake Pressure Modulator Valve and would cost $1100 to fix. $700 for the part and $400 for labor. I noticed a recall for this for the 2000 models, but not the 1999's. I have since pulled the fuse for the ABS.
