2000 GMC Yukon Denali review from North America
"Great vehicle, hope the coolant leak is a minor problem to fix"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Heated seat didn't work on drivers side when I bought it. I took the cover off the seat and founda burned out wire, which I replaced. The seat came on and has worked nicely since. All the heated seats work now. Car seems to have a small coolant leak in the engine, which has triggered a check guages light for 5-10 seconds at a time. It usually goes back down almost instantly and I then stop home as soon as possible and add a coolant/water mixture. We are currently trying to figure out what the problem is, looks like a faulty hose, but could be a head gasket at worst.
General comments?
Car is COMFORTABLE and has plenty of power. Anyone that is happy with their Denali is not online searching of fixes for it. :) The truck took me to Kansas City from Omaha, NE the other weekend and did 19.1 MPG. Not bad since it was $3.59 per gallon.
