Noisy differential.
Door locks sticky and won't lock.
Sometimes engine backfires on starting.
Rear window rubber coming off.
Power steering shudders when parking.
Rear suspension bolts needed tightening.
Sluggish performance.
Bad turning circle.
Fuel tank ONLY holds 45 litres maximum!
Seats uncomfortable.
Bad reversing blind spots.
Also the brake rotors warped badly even though the ute was always empty.
The cooling fans always run - they never seem to cut out and are very loud.
The fuel filler cap leaks on a hot day.
Mine is an 06 model..
* It's gutless
* It uses too much fuel
* It has done 5000km and needs transmission repairs - loud clonking around town
* Recalled as brakes may have a fault
* heater & air con so noisy that you can't use them if you want to hear the radio
* CD player chokes if fed mp3s - crazy on an 06 model car
* socialist bleating from car if you don't wear seat belt (side cutters fixed it!)
*V6 is NOT smooth - try a Mazda or Honda then drive it again.
My second Holden, will be my last.
Get an SS.
