1978 Holden Gemini TD SL/E review from Australia and New Zealand
"Great looking, fun car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The radiator and heater core rust out and leak on carpet rust out floor pans, window rubbers shrink, leaves block in back corner of engine bay and it rusts out the fire wall and side wall, on the rear windows water sits in the seal and glass creating rust. if you have square TD lights leak water.
General comments?
Cheap cars to do up if you find a clean one all they need is to be lowered, wheels and there a good looking car, and simple things to make it go faster like a better air filter, extractors and an exhaust and that will get a lot better and noticeable performance for a cheap price and also a set of wider tyres help the handling.
