1984 Honda Accord review from Australia and New Zealand
"A comfortable, sensible ride"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The fuel pump stopped operating.
Rust beginning to show, particularly around back window.
No other faults!
General comments?
This is a medium-sized 4-door sedan with plenty of space inside the cabin + in the boot (trunk).
The car has been very reliable, quite typical of early Honda's.
Not a racy car, but handles well and sits well out on the open road.
The interior has light brown upholstery. The cloth seats are very comfortable and
in a good driving position, which make long trips quite pleasurable. This has been the most comfortable car I've ever driven.
Another benefit with long trips in this car is low fuel consumption - on open road trips, using about 6.5-7l/100km.
