"Terrible customer service"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Had a blow out on back rear wheel at 5k miles. Bought extended warranty at point of purchase. Honda gave me the run around about fixing the tire, sent me to the manufacturer, they sent me back to Honda. Finally, a week later, after many calls to the Business manager, my tire is fixed. Terrible customer service.
General comments?
Honda shouldn't have sold me an extended warranty that they weren't equipped to fulfill in house. On the coupe, Honda puts very expensive tires. My quote to get one tire w/labor was $262!
