This is a great car. Driven daily on a 60 mile commute. Alomst, but never left me stranded. This car does a quarter-mile in 15.8 about the same as a V-6 Camaro. I've beat many tricked out civic's, muscle cars, and many Mustangs. By far the most dependable vehicle I've ever owned. I wish it came manual, but the V-6 doesn't. Leather is a plus. Get a coupe they look better. The car will easily do 140 is given time. It is very fast in the 60 to 100 range. V-tech is a great thing, red line is 6,500 RPM. Power comes at about 3500 RPM's. buy one a good value for the money. Plus it is made in Ohio. Good old U S Of A!!!
What're you smoking? It's fast after 20mph after SOHC VTEC kicks in @ 3,600 RPM.;)
The Accord V6 whoops my old 2000 Hyundai Tiburon sport coupe, which was also automatic, but it's 140hp engine combined it's lightweight body (2,600lbs, compared to the Av6 3,200+)and modified with an AEM cold air intake, R-Side headers, Magnaflow hi-flow cat, and Motoria catback exhaust was pretty peppy.
I had no trouble beating Integras, Altimas, Civics, and the like, as well as plenty of other cars, but my friends 98 Accord V6 would walk it after 1st gear!
