1995 Honda Accord LX review from North America
"Nice little car for a 6'2'' person"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Timing belt was replaced at 215,000 miles. According to Honda, it had not been replaced since its 90,000 mile service. This was done as general maintenance.
Replaced molding around the air conditioner panel and speedometer. It looked as if someone tried to get into the dash to fix the AC and did not know how to properly remove the panel. It is the previous owners fault for the damage.
Hydraulic clutch lines and pump were replaced, because they leaked and car would not shift properly.
Muffler finally fell off at 210,000 miles.
General comments?
Nice little car. Very economical and very fun to drive. Very dependable; I drive 500 miles a week and it goes without complaints, even in sub-zero temperatures.
This Honda was built in Japan. May 1994.
