2006 Honda Accord VP review from North America
"It is an absolute great car!"
General comments?
This is the best decision about cars that I have made in a long time. I have had many cars of various makes and models over the past 20 years and I have finally given up. I should have stayed with Honda from the beginning. I had a 90 Civic that lasted me for over 275k miles and finally died. I recently replaced it with a new Accord 4 cylinder and love it. It handles very well, the 4 cylinder engine is very powerful and the car is extremely comfortable. The transmission is perfectly geared and does not surge during acceleration and the engine is smooth as silk. I got it for a great price and for what I paid it came with everything I needed even though it was the VP trim. It was an auto with power everything. What a bargain. My kids tell me all the time how much they love the cavernous back seat. No more cramped Volkswagon Jettas or BMW's for them. I've tried being patriotic and bought several American cars and regretted every one. I hope to drive this Honda as long as the civic with 275K I had before.
