Yes, The Latest Accords do have a good Interior Comfort Level. My wife owns a 2006 LX Variant. However it is not a patch on my 1987 Aston Martin Volante.
My well-informed grandmother just bought a 2007 Accord EX-L today and I am very impressed with it so far. I feel very confident in the car for her and she did buy the 100k warranty, so no worries!
It is a great car. I bought it used in April 2008, with 18000 miles. It is quiet and comfortable. If you are looking for luxury car and cannot afford the Lexus, Acura, or the Infiniti, go for the Accord EX-L. This car runs and just runs.
