2000 Honda Accord EX review from North America

Transmission - replaced at 97kmi

Alternator - replaced at 97kmi

Clock light bulk - replaced twice

Wheel bearing and hub assembly - replaced at 97kmi.

It's a 2000 Accord Coupe EX V6 @ 96kmi. I bought it three months ago, and now it's giving me all sorts of problems. Previously, the car had been serviced at the Honda dealer all the time. I have all the records. Carfax reports an accident, but it also says it was a "minor damage".

At 97kmi, the check engine light went on while I was on the street. The car suddenly lost power, regardless that I pushed the pedal down a lot and rpm went up to 4, 5k. Had it towed to Honda dealer, where they replaced the transmission (ouch) and the alternator. They had no idea why two components broke down at the same time.

After only one week, I found that as I turn left, I can hear a loud grinding noise from the passenger side wheel area. Went to dealer again, and they replaced the front wheel bearing and something called hub assembly (about the same price as the wheel bearing).

Now the light behind the clock is broken. And I suspect there is some noise similar to what I heard the previous week on the wheel bearing problem as I turn right. I have to visit the dealer again.

Now the car is still under extended warranty, but it will soon expire (Next May). The transmission has been replaced, so it should be OK, but what about other parts? It seems the car I bought and loved is a lemon Honda. I don't know what to do. For now I have to fix the noise or nobody will buy it.
