Front Right Spring broke at 201,000 miles. Replaced both springs and struts.
Replaced both CV joints at 200,000 because the rubber boots had cracked and had lost the lubricant.

My 1991 Accord has recently developed a problem, its missing on the highway or any speed above 50mph, only when driven at least 30 miles. The Revs rise 200 RPM up and then back down again. Was this your problem. I am at 233k Miles.
