1990 Honda Civic review from North America
"One of the best cars manufactured on earth!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Radiator got a hole in it. I fixed with JB Weld for $4.
Then I put in too much oil and it started acting funny ie overheating then stalling, my fault oooops.
General comments?
Awesome little coupe.
I bought it after I saw it being towed into a gas station. I asked" is that for sale" the guy said "it doesn't run right now, but I will fix it." Water pump and spark plugs were replaced, and 2 weeks later he called me and I bought it (242,000 miles).
I then drove from Minnesota to California and then drove around LA every day for 11 months. After the too much oil thing TWICE... WHILE STALLED PEOPLE PULLED OVER TO HELP ME PUSH AND OFFERED TO BUY THE CAR FROM ME ON THE SPOT!!! (282,000 miles) I love Honda.
