1995 Honda Civic EX review from North America
"A fun and reliable sports compact"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Driver's side C.V. boot ripped at about 45k miles, then the passenger side about 50k miles. Both resulting in replacement of drive axles (approx. $120 each).
Timing belt currently needs replacment, but it should do since I just reached 60k.
General comments?
The car is extremely reliable and affordable. Wonderful gas mileage, even the way I have mine setup. Meaning the engine bay is packed full of go-fast goodies. Another good thing is its availability of after-market performance parts, if that's something you're into. But unless you are loaded with money don't expect to make this car a true sports car. It's quite a task.
