1980 Honda Civic Wagon review from Australia and New Zealand
"For an old beat up car it can surprise you!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Being 20 years old of course it's very beat up and worn out.
Body work is still OK - a little rust
Back seat is ripped up
Water pump needed replacing at 275000k's other wise no major problems in 20 years!
Old and tired.
General comments?
I got this car when it was 21 years old and it still goes! It has obvious faults with age, but for an old small engined car it runs surprisingly well. Shame I couldn't get one when it was new. It may not look like much now, but it just keeps running and running despite it's age. It is also VERY economical and cheap to run. It is still going even though every part of it is original. But of course it is on it's last legs.
