1993 Honda Civic exv review from North America
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced brakes at 150,000,k
replaced clutch at 125k
replaced rad at 200k
replaced battery at last week, was orginal.
General comments?
This car is bullet proof... change oil every 3/4 months regardless of miles driven otherwise never lift the hood. This is my 5th Honda and all have been amazing. I find the seats very uncomfortable on anything over an hour in it I'm 6 1 185. I've not found this in the accords. Would buy another honda, but not a civic... just for the size. Can't say enough good about honda products. I drive the snot out of her and I still get 600k / tank. My last civic had 330,000k on her before she died and it was just the body. The engine was takin' out and as far as I know its still going. That included me tearing off the oil plug on a bad road at 150,000k and never changing the oil again. It was always the same 2/3 turns and she would start regardless of weather or time sat. Just the best Honda rocks.
