Nothing so far.
I just got a 2002 Honda CRV last month with 53000 miles on it. I think it is the perfect car for me. I read a bunch of reviews on this site about the compressor going up on them. From what I can see, if you turn the knob and set it to the defroster or the defroster/floor, the compressor automatically kicks on. Then from there, you turn it to your feet, feet/face, or face, the compressor light still stays on even if your blowing hot or cold air. I am guessing people don't know to press the a/c button when on the feet, feet/face, or face if you are not using the a/c. That is why I think your compressor is blowing up so quick, it is constantly on, when you only really use the a/c half of the year (depending on location), it is on all the time.
I agree with the A/C button. You have to watch it. I bought my 2002 last year and so far it has been a great car. We have been getting 30 mpg and it has good pick up when in traffic.

the defrost feature will automatically set ac on ,to stop fogging the windshield -it will dehumidify the air--it's a positive thing -not negative
