1999 Honda CR-V Sports review from Australia and New Zealand
"A safe and reliable car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
It developed a power steering noise around 70,000 km.
General comments?
A very reliable and practical car. With heaps of storage room and flexibility. It even has a handy picnic table which covers where the space wheel normally sits. The spare wheel is of course on the outside leaving a plastic bowl in the back, which is good for putting things in, such as my wet suit.
Not a true 4x4, but with only the front wheels driving 99% of the time, Honda says this saves on fuel (~10L/100KM).
