1988 Honda Integra SX 16 review from Australia and New Zealand
"An average car I would recommend for a first car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Paint has started to deteriate in places.
Constantly revving up and down on warm up.
Timing & Tensioner Belt replaced 202000 k's.
Constant malfunction with speedometer, replaced speed cable 3 times.
General comments?
Revving problem is known in same model ,hard to solve.
Speedometer won't stay working, seems to fail after a couple of thousand k's.
Timing belt must be replaced at 200,000km's, if it breaks before then the top of the motor has to be replaced.
Only minor engine problems just basic electronics.
Has performance, but has to be pushed especially with a full car.
Reliable, but costly for repairs.
