1992 Honda Integra Si review from Australia and New Zealand
"Words are not strong enough to explain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
I brought the car and being very keen on performance cars I decided to started to modify the the car.
My Integra became very explosive (if you will) of the mark.
And that was only after putting performance headers on it and a racing muffler set up.
That in all raised my horse power from a standard 190 to a average 225.
But it wasn't enough so I spent $500 on air-intake mods which put my horse power up to 285. Which considering the weight of my car I started to become very heavy footed.
The only one problem I had was my two rear engine mounts could not support the power and cracked along with one gear box mount all up $400.
OK that does not bother me all that bothers me is that even before I don't anything to my car it would bet
V-TECH's, but my car is only on Si. I have three friend's that all have
V-TECH Integras and one with a V-TECH Civic and none of them really come close to betting me. One of them was considered one of the fastest honda's in town. All I would like to know is whats the deal with the Si engine.
Another thing is that it didn't have the badges on it when I brought it.
It just had Si onthe owner ship papers. But its not a V-TECH because it dosent Roar like a v-tech please please please if you have any idea please e-male me roddy1803@hotmail.com Cheers.
General comments?
All I got to say is:
If have ant doughts about what I'v told you then go find a 1989-1992 Honda 1600 Integra Si Buy it then you will agree.
