1987 Honda Integra SX16 review from Australia and New Zealand
"In a word... Classic"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Have had constant problems with keeping the idle constant due to water controlled idle.
Replaced hoses, thermostat, radiator flushed.
Alternator rebuilt at 258,000km.
Wheel bearing replaced at 238,000km.
General comments?
Other than the problems with keeping the idle right this car has been fantastic for a car with its mileage. Have travelled more than 30,000km in less than one year. Car has looks that are timeless and is a true classic of its time. Good performance, lovely gearbox and sharp handling. Nicely laid out dash and controls and very comfortable seats that also look the part.
