2002 Honda Odyssey LX review from North America
"A quality product"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The chief complaint has been the sliding doors which have stuck several times. I took it to the dealer and was told they had never heard of such a problem. The lubed the weatherstripping and the problem has been resolved. I did a web search and found this to be a very common complaint. I would recommend to anyone wanting to buy this van to not buy it until Honda addresses this serious safety problem. I feel it is a safety problem because I could not get my daughter out of the back of the van.
General comments?
I have no other complaints except that this van is comfortable for the short drive. I drove it about 150 miles recently and found the seats got more uncomfortable the longer I was in the car.
It has very good pick-up, is very roomy, and the fold down seat is great.
