2002 Honda Odyssey EX LEATHER review from North America
"Overrated waste of money"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Automatic sliding doors are a real pain to use. Slow, loud, clunky and in the winter they freeze shut and the motors fail consistantly.
The rear tailgate rattles loudly when at any speed.
rust on the vehicle... and a lot of it on the tailgate. The welds are rusting from the inside out, meaning the metal used wasnt cleaned properly.
The transmission hasn't been replaced YET, but due to me towing trailers with the van, I expect it.
Transmission shifts erratically with shifting. Shifts too soon or too late.
When you are parked and you put the vehicle in gear, the transmission clunks loudly into gear and the whole vehicle moves because of the clunk from the transmission.
General comments?
The audio system is cheap and weak for the money paid for the van.
Everything rattles, clunks.
Loud wind noise and road noise.
Good strong engine. good power.
Transmission makes me worry when doing trips.
The van has been checked by Honda for the transmission and it is SUPPOSEDLY okay...NOT!
Too much money for what I got myself into...disappointing.
