1990 Honda Prelude Si review from North America
"An old car with a lot of balls..."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Starter died right away the same week I got the car, all the busing were shot, suspension very weak, clutch was slipping, engine was burning oil, but not a lot.
General comments?
My friend and I rebuilt the motor, shaved engine head, thin head gasket (copper), iridium spark plugs, MSD 8.5 mm wires, K&N cold air intake, Tokico struts, Eibach 1.5 inch lowering springs, poly bushings, 2.5 inch exhaust, DTM muffler, DCsports header 4 into 1 piece dual friction clutch.
Overall, everything that I did to the car cost a lot of money, but it's worth the ride. The engine has so much power, for a 4 cylinder it's unreal.
