1982 Honda Prelude Base review from North America

What things have gone wrong with the car?
I got it with a blown fuel pump.
The driver seat is ripped, slightly.
The carburetor needs to be replaced.
Skipped a tooth on the timing belt.
General comments?
The car is very quick, handles well, and has good braking.
Has a flat spot on acceleration.
Very comfortable.
Very ergonomic.
