The Toyota Celica I had before was of, by far, better build quality than the Prelude. The Prelude has better acceleration than the Celica, but that's really it. Noisy valvtrain and harsh shifting transmission is where this car really lacks refinement.
Please don't tell me your comparing a Honda Prelude to a Toyota Celica. The Prelude is a sports car, plain and simple. The harshness of the shifting is re-assuring when racing. You wouldn't want it to shift to soft, then you wouldn't get the right feel out of it. Other than that, everything listed that went wrong goes wrong with every car after time. Please don't compare Prelude's to Celica's, its just a down right insult.
