1990 Honda Prelude S review from North America
"This car is magnificent"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The radiator just started leaking.
I Replaced the exhaust from the header to the tail pipe.
I just replaced the clutch and machined the flywheel.
I replaced an axle shaft after hitting a curb and forcing the axle into the differential which broke the axle seal and transmission fluid leaked out causing the differential gears to explode into the transmission casing.
The car needs rear struts to handle better.
Thief magnet for aftermarket sound system and for the car itself.
General comments?
Very peppy car, but the engine is showing its kilometers.
Out handles all my friends cars.
I love the cruise control option and power sun roof.
I have really beaten this car up and it still looks and drives good. An excellent Honda product.
Racing exhaust sounds really nice with the 2.0 liter engine.
The 1990 and 91 have the best tail lights and better front bumpers giving the front almost a Ferrari look.
