1998 Honda Prelude 2.2 VTi review from UK and Ireland
"Stylish car from a good manufacturer"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Air Conditioning failed twice in the 2 months of ownership.
Ignition locked up.
General comments?
It's a stylish car and I have enjoyed my ownership of it. It has a very responsive engine which reacts well with the Tiptronic gearbox. It is quiet around town, but open it up on an A road and the engine screams.
However, this car is not suitable for long journeys. The ride is very stiff, and the road noise above 50mph is a serious downfall. The seats are also very uncomfortable during long journeys.
