It seems to me that this car is going to be a lot of trouble for me in some areas. It is expensive to fix and and while some aspects of it are great, (good pick up, runs good, sunroof STILL works), there are some areas I'll really have to consider in repairs.
I'll continue to drive the car till it dies, I guess.
If you're going to buy any used car I suggest you get a mechanic to look it over and do a replacement parts check. Also just doing a test drive you could tell if the CV boots needed to be done.
You bought a used car with 227,000 miles, and you are complaining about the maintenance? Next time, buy aHhyundai with the 100,000 warranty, and have the dealer chain the hood shut and keep the key. You can't be smart enough to do your own maintenance.
