1998 Honda Shuttle 2.3ES from UK and Ireland - Comments

"Superb in design and execution"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Nothing.

General comments?

Compared to previous MPVs we have owned such as Mitsubishi Space Wagons (2) and Renault Espace (1) the Shuttle is more spacious more flexible and more practical. It manages to look more like a normal estate than a mini bus, but has just as much headroom as taller MPVs like the Espace.

Its comfortable and beautifully built. The engine is lively if a little loud under full throttle and performance is excellant. Economy is reasonable for a large 6 seater capable of travelling very fast.

When looking for our first MPV I thought it important to read the owners review to decide which MPV was best for our needs.

After reading the reviews about the Honda Shuttle I was very impressed. I looked on the internet and bought the first one I saw. I was that impressed.

I purchased a W reg (2000) 2.3LS, 65,000 miles, full history for £3,600 plus PX (peugeot 406).

MY honda is very comfortable, getting in and out is a joy. I have shopped around for servicing and found some amazing deals. Honda main dealers service £70.

Goodyear hydragrip tyres (4) £210 from tyreworks.

Brake disc (2) supply and fit (gen part) £72.

If your looking for an MPV buy a Shuttle it is a truly great car.
