2003 Hyundai Elantra GXL review from North America
"I wish I would have bought a couple more for the price they were selling for in 2003-04"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Front strut broke at 45K, replaced under warranty.
Battery went dead after 5 years, $65 for replacement at Sams Club.
Replaced front brake pads myself, $30.
That's it, 92500 miles and other than gas/oil/tires, I've spent less than $100. No problem with the clutch yet, but when it hits 100K I'll probably break down and get the belts replaced.
I wish I would have bought a couple more for the price they were selling for in 2003-04.
General comments?
If GM could make something like this for the price, there would not have been a bankruptcy.
Go Hyundai.
